By accessing or using ClinicPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
2. Description of Service
ClinicPilot is an AI-powered clinic management platform that provides tools for patient management, appointment scheduling, lead pipeline tracking, and automated patient engagement through AI agents (ARIA and NOVA). The service is designed for healthcare professionals and clinic administrators.
3. Account Registration
To use ClinicPilot, you must:
- Be a licensed healthcare professional or authorized clinic staff member
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Store false or misleading patient records
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with the functioning of the service
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
5. AI Services Disclaimer
Our AI agents (ARIA and NOVA) assist with patient communication and scheduling automation. These tools are designed to support, not replace, professional medical judgment. ClinicPilot is not responsible for clinical decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions.
6. Billing & Subscription
The free trial period is 14 days. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
ClinicPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease, and you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
